Quality on the cuff holder/holster is very good. 1st real issue is clasp. Not very sturdy. 2nd is that the handcuffs fall in too deep into the holder, making it harder to deploy. Cuffs I'm using ate SW hinged. Could work better w normal cuffs.

Use with peerless hinged cuffs they stay locked in tight but easy to remove and use as the operator. Would recommend for law enforcement, retention is great they stay in place while rolling or ground fighting
