However, if for any reason you are not satisfied and want to return the product, contact us at first. We will provide you with the return address.

Do not return the goods yourself before we give the correct return address, and the return tracking number MUST be provided. Otherwise, the return will not be supported and we cannot make a refund.


Eligible for Return:

  1. Your product must be returned in new, unused condition, and must include all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories;
  2. Provide a receipt or proof of purchase, (screenshot of the order)
  3. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the products

We do not accept any products returned after 30 days of receipt.
Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Gun & Flower's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.


About The Return Process: 

When you meet the above return conditions:

1. To start returning, please contact our customer service at as soon as possible, our team will reply to you within 1-3 working days;
2. We do not accept items sent back to us without prior request for return;
3. We will inform you of the return address and return information, and instructions on how to send the package.


Please include with your return:

1. Original and complete product. Gun & Flower apparel must be returned in new, unused condition.

2. 'Attention RETURNS' written on the outside of your package.

3. Please include a note with the following information:

  • Full Name on the original order
  • Order Number
  • A note indicating what you would like. (Exchange for different product, repair/adjustment, return for store credit, or return for refund) If you are exchanging your product, please indicate what you would like to exchange for (including all options you would like). If you are sending back for a repair or adjustment, please indicate the specific issues you would like repaired or adjusted.

- All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the products.
- Please fill in the correct return recipient address and recipient information, otherwise, we will not be able to receive the return
- Please prodvide a tracking number of the return to, please include your order number in the email.


Eligible for Refund:

1. Product problem
We focus on providing you with high-quality goods. However, if the goods you receive do not match the goods you ordered or the product has quality problems. We will process the refund request within3 working days.

For quality problems or problems caused by our faults:
First, you need to submit evidence, video or images about the product to, please include your order number in the email.
Secondly, the returned product must be sent back to our warehouse, where we will sign and submit it to our after-sales team for processing.

2. Out of stock
If the goods you have purchased cannot be shipped due to a lack of stock, we will contact you via email. We will provide you with the option of refunding or waiting for inventory.

3. Remote areas
Due to some remote areas and military locations, we are unable to ship and deliver. We will communicate with you by email as soon as possible, and we will provide you with a refund.
